FREIGHT CHARGES -

Joondalup Music Centre will deliver anywhere in Australia using Australia Post, or by our freight carriers, TNT & ExpressLink. Our freight rates are calculated on standard freight rates and insurance is available. Joondalup Music Centre delivers FREE in the Perth metro area for orders over $99.

A standard flat rate of $15 will be charged for delivery of items under $99 and should delivery of goods be unable to be accomplished due to no persons not being present to accept the goods, the goods will be taken back to the delivery depot resulting in the buyer incurring any charges required for re delivery.

If you would like an express delivery or any special circumstances befit your order contact Joondalupmusic.com.au and an agreement can be made as to the extra charges incurred.

Local and Interstate Freight Charges include GST. International freight does not attract any GST and is done using FedEx International priority. We suggest any international buyers contact Joondalup Music Centre re freight charges prior to shipping as calculations can vary according to the size and weight of the item purchased.

Confirmation of Payment

Credit Card transactions clear over 24 hours with the financial institutions involved. Therefore, all available product ordered will be dispatched no longer than one working day after an order is placed via credit card.

Money orders and cheques must clear before goods are dispatched.

If items ordered are "out of stock" Joondalup Music Centre will inform the customer of when the stock is expected to arrive. The customer can then choose to wait for the stock to arrive or to cancel the order. Feel free to call or e-mail us throughout the processing of your order to check on its progress and expected times of arrival.

Packing and Insurance

All items are packed to a very high standard. We recommend insurance for all freighted goods, Insurance is calculated as $0.60 per $1.00 value and covers any damages or non-delivery of the order, except where there is no one at the receivers address to claim the goods.

Our staff will contact you before we send your order. Should you receive any damaged goods, please contact us immediately.

Credit Card : Customers from outside Australia purchasing with credit cards will need to provide details of the credit card's issuing institution. Details required are the institution's name, address, and telephone number. International customers will be contacted by Joondalup Music Centre before any purchases made via credit card are shipped.

Joondalup Music Centre will report to relevant authorities all attempts to make fraudulent transactions from Joondalup Music Centre.
